For the baked ham dumplings, first prepare the dumplings. Mix the melted butter with the eggs, flour, milk and salt briefly to form a dough. In the meantime, put a pot of water on to boil.
When the water boils, add salt and then put the dumplings through a spätzle sieve into the water. Boil the gnocchi for about 5 minutes and strain. Cook broccoli until al dente, cut ham into small strips, fry in oil and remove from pan.
Pour soup over the drippings and stir in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the broccoli with ham and the dumplings and put them in a baking dish.
Pour the sauce over it, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 170° for about 15 minutes.
