Instructions:

For the vegetable dumplings, saute the mushrooms and then add the vegetables. Mix in the parsley and let it finish steaming.

Soak the bread cubes in milk and let rest for about 1/2 hour.

Mix the vegetable mixture, salt, musat and egg yolk and the dumpling mixture and let it rest again.

Beat the egg whites and add to the mixture as well.

Wet a tea towel and put the dumpling mixture on it. Fold the tea towel and form a kind of strudel from the mixture and tie both sides of the tea towel tightly.

Cook the vegetable dumplings in boiling salted water for about 40 minutes and then serve hot.
