For cheese semolina slices, boil the milk with the water, butter (1) and a pinch of salt on the stove. Add the semolina and cook at low temperature for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Stir in the finely chopped parsley and both cheeses with a whisk.

Butter a loaf pan (2) and pour in the mixture. Let cool and turn out onto a cutting board.

Cut thin slices and fry the cheese and semolina slices briefly on both sides in butter.
