Peel and finely chop the onion. In a higher pan, heat the oil well and fry the onion until translucent. Then add the minced meat and break it up with a wooden spoon.
Fry the meat until it is cooked through. Strain the beans and corn and add them to the meat in the pan. Now add the strained tomatoes and the bouillon cubes.
Season with salt and sugar. Lastly, add a weak tsp of cinnamon and stir in 1-2 pieces of dark chocolate.
Serve the chili con carne warm.
