Instructions:

For the tomato polenta soup, bring to a boil with 1/4 l water. Stir in semolina, season and simmer covered over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add diced tomatoes, steam for about 5 more minutes, stir in basil and olive oil and serve.
