Peel and dice the onion. Fry in hot clarified butter until light brown, pour in the milk, add the parsley and pepper and pour over the bread cubes, mix thoroughly.
Beat the eggs briefly and also mix with the grated cheese under the bread cubes, let rest for 1/2 hour.
Then knead the mixture briefly, form smaller dumplings, roll in breadcrumbs and press flat.
Fry in hot clarified butter, turning once, until brown. Serve in a soup of your choice.
