For stuffed zucchini wash zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and scoop out with a small spoon. Mix well minced meat with egg, bread, onion, garlic and spices, season to taste and stuff into zucchini halves.
Put them in a baking dish, pour some soup underneath and bake in the oven at 200° for about 35 minutes.
Then top with the cheese slices, put in the oven again until the cheese has a nice color.
