Try this delicious pasta dish:
Stir through milk, flour, eggs and salt and rest for several hours. Bake 8 narrow crêpes.
Chop shallot, garlic clove and parsley, lightly roast in butter. Add crab and saute over moderate heat in an open saucepan until soft, no liquid should remain. Remove from the plate and mix with crème fraîche, kitchen herbs and 1/2 recipe of bechamel sauce. Fill crêpes with it. Put them in a greased baking dish, pour the remaining béchamel sauce over them, top with herb butter, bake in a heated oven for 10 min. **
