For the bacon-wrapped plums, heat the spinach. Wrap six plums in bacon slices, fix them with skewers, put them in a frying pan and bake them in the stove at 200 °C until crispy.
Drain the spinach, dress with salt, vinegar, olive oil, pepper and garlic and spread on a plate.
Spread the bacon-wrapped plums evenly on top and garnish with a few chicory leaves.
