Instructions:

For the onion soup, melt the butter in a soup pot. Add the chopped onions and fry until golden brown.

Now add parsley and semolina and fry together a little (always stirring). Add nutmeg, then pour in water. Add salt, pepper and soup spices. Let it simmer.

Serve the onion soup with fresh parsley.
