For the pork with pineapple, dice the onion and slowly fry in a pan with a little oil.
Cut the meat into cubes and fry them as well. To do this, push the onions to the edge of the pan or fish them out of the pan altogether and set aside on a plate for the time being.
Cut the spring onion into rings, add to the meat, sieve the peppercorns and wash briefly, also add to the pan. Add pineapple in pieces to the pan as well.
Then add about 50 ml of pineapple juice and the soy sauce to the pan, pour some water, add the spices and let it stew without a lid for about 15 minutes, add some water if necessary.
Serve with rice.
