Break chocolate into coarse pieces and melt with butter in a water bath.
When everything is well dissolved and nicely liquefied remove from heat and quickly stir in the sugar, let cool.
Add the eggs (whole) a little at a time and finally the flour and a pinch of salt.
Grease and flour a baking pan (25x30cm) and pour the mixture into it (if you like, you can sprinkle it with coarsely chopped walnuts).
Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes (test with a stick or depending on your taste fluffy or still a bit soggy – I personally find it better).
Let cool a bit and enjoy still lukewarm – or 1-2 days later well done. Tastes great with powdered sugar, whipped cream, various fruit sauces or simply pure J
