For spicy ham rolls, finely chop onion and garlic cloves. Soak gelatine in cold water. Mix well curd cheese with sour cream, put 2 tablespoons of it in a small pot.
Mix the rest of the curd with onions, garlic and Liptauer seasoning well. Warm the curd in the pot, squeeze gelatin well, dissolve in curd and mix well with remaining curd. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
Roll up plastic wrap, place ham slices on top and spread with lipstick curd. Roll tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate preferably overnight. To serve the spicy ham rolls, cut the rolls into pieces.
