Spread Nutella on two ice cream cones and place the other two ice cream cones on top. Spread apricot jam on top and set aside. Now peel the banana and cut in half lengthwise. Heat butter in a pan, add sugar and banana halves and let them caramelize slightly. Lift out bananas and place one half on each wafer slice. In a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil with the chopped couverture and stir until smooth. Coat the banana wafer slices with the chocolate glaze and chill briefly before serving.
