For the zucchini soup, chop the zucchini and potatoes into coarse pieces. Fill with water in the saucepan and add the soup seasoning.

Boil for 15 to 18 min. and add the garlic clove through a press.

Puree finely with a hand blender, add whipped cream and season the zucchini soup with salt and pepper.
