For the zucchini quiche, roll out the shortcrust pastry and place in a greased quiche dish. Cut off any overhanging edges.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the bacon. Sauté the onion until translucent.
Salt and pepper the zucchini slices and add them to the pan. Also sauté lightly. Spread the zucchini mixture on the quiche base.
Whisk eggs with milk and whipped cream. Season the glaze with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over the quiche.
Put the cheese on top of the quiche and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown (about 25 minutes).
Serve the zucchini quiche with fresh leaf salad.
