Try this delicious cake recipe:

1. cream butter or light butter and 150 g sugar until very creamy. Fold in eggs. Combine flour, cornstarch and baking powder and fold in. Line a cake springform pan (24 cm ø) with parchment paper. Spread the dough in it. Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C (gas mark 3) for about 25 minutes. Cool down.

Soak gelatine in cold water. Stir yogurt, 25 g sugar and juice of one lemon. Squeeze the gelatine, let it melt at low temperature and stir into the yoghurt. Chill.

Whip the cream and vanillin sugar until stiff. As soon as the yogurt cream begins to firm, stir in whipped cream and pistachios. Close the edge of the mold around the base. Spread the cream on top. Leave to cool for at least 3 hours.
