For the Veggie Pancake Pizza, first prepare the pancake dough. To do this, mix all the ingredients together well. Bake the pancakes about half a centimeter high in a pan with a little butter until crispy on both sides, place on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

Slice the zucchini into thin strips with a peeler. Spread cream cheese in portions over pancakes and smooth. Top with peas and zucchini strips, bake in the oven at 160 °C for about 10 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle the veggie pancake pizza with fresh garden cress and season again with salt and pepper.
