Dice the meat, remove the skin from the onion and halve or quarter it. Clean mushrooms and halve or quarter if necessary. Clean the peppers, remove the seeds and chop into small pieces.
Thread all ingredients alternately onto skewers, season with salt and pepper.
Heat clarified butter in a frying pan and fry the skewers around it.
