For the vanilla cream cake, first prepare the base (possibly the day before). Mix everything best by hand with mixing spoon. Mix flour, sugar, salt, cocoa, baking soda, vanilla sugar in a bowl and make a well in it.

In this well mix oil, vinegar and water. Mix everything well and pour into a baking dish. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Test with a wooden stick if the dough is already firm. Let the base cool in the cake ring. When the dough is well cooled, it is best to make the vanilla mixture.

Whip the cream until stiff, then stir the uncooled Qimiq until smooth and slowly add the curd cheese and cream. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp.

Stir in the sugar, vanilla pulp and juice of half a lemon. Empty the mixture onto the chilled base, spread until smooth and place in the refrigerator to set for about 5 hours.

Before serving, decorate the cake as desired.
