For the vanilla coconut almond ice cream, boil the milk with the vanilla sugar for a few minutes. Then mix the sugar with the yolks and the vanilla custard powder and stir in some of the boiled milk.

Gradually add more and more of the warm milk until all the milk is beigement. Let the masses cool, fold in the coconut flakes and the almonds, as well as the whipped cream.

Then pour into the ice cream maker.
