Cut the tuna fillet into 2 cm cubes. Halve the chili pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds and chop finely, as well as the garlic clove. Finely chop the green onions. Heat some sesame oil in a wok pan. Add the onions, chili and garlic and sauté. Add sprouts and season with salt and pepper. Finally, season with chili sauce. Remove the vegetables and keep warm. Now wipe out the wok pan with kitchen paper. Heat some sesame oil again and fry the tuna cubes briefly on all sides (they should still be juicy inside). Meanwhile, mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch and about 2 tablespoons of water. Baste the tuna with this spicy sauce. Arrange the warm chili sprouts on plates and place the tuna cubes on top.
