For the tuna on a stick, first salt tuna, put on watered wooden skewer and brush all around with sesame oil.
Chop the grams and fry in a pan. Add green onions and fry briefly. Add pepper, roasted sesame seeds and parsley.
Clean the preheated grill.
Grill the tuna on a stick quickly on each side, place briefly on the hot grill, sprinkle with the grammel mixture and allow to marinate briefly.
Drizzle tuna on sticks with a little sesame oil and serve.
