Pumpkin seed crescents enchanting in addition to the wonderful green appearance with the delicate pumpkin seed oil flavor.For the shortcrust dough from all ingredients quickly knead a dough and let rest in the refrigerator for two hours.

Divide the dough into smaller portions and roll them into uniform strands. Cut off equal pieces from the rolls and shape them into croissants. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 160 °C for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, melt the chocolate with the butter, mix well and dip the slightly cooled croissants with the tips in it. Let dry and the pumpkin seed crescents are ready!
