For the tacos with mince and raisins, hard boil the eggs, rinse quickly and set aside.
Wash and dry the lettuce and cut into thin strips.
Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Also finely chop olives and raisins.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Sauté onion and garlic, add minced meat and fry, season with cayenne pepper and salt. Add olives and raisins and fry.
Remove the pan from the heat, chop the eggs and stir into the meat.
Heat the taco shells in the oven at 180 degrees. Now fill them in layers with lettuce, mince and grated cheese.
Top the tacos with mince and raisins with a blob of sour cream and serve.
