Instructions:

Whisk cheese strips and diced peppers, stir a marinade of onions, oil, vinegar and spices, with the chives on top form. Mix everything and let it marinate for 45 minutes.

Make small boats from the chicory leaves or use half of the peppers and fill them with the cheese salad.
