Instructions:

For the strawberry and wild berry fruit tart, first prepare the dough. Separate the eggs. Beat the sugar with the yolks until fluffy, then fold in the flour and the snow.

Pour into a greased and floured cake tin and bake at 200 °C for approx. 10 minutes.

For the cream, mix the Qimiq Classic with the powdered sugar, whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the Qimiq mixture. Cover the cooled cake base with a cake ring, fill with the cream and chill for approx. 2 hours.

Then cover with the berries, prepare the cake jelly according to instructions and spread over the berries and chill the strawberry and forest berry fruit cake again.
