Instructions:

Cut the cleaned carrots into narrow strips. Rinse the leek and cut into very thin strips. Roughly chop the basil. Wash and dry the fish slices.

Cut squares of aluminum foil of appropriate size, put the fish on it and season with salt and pepper and add of the vegetables.

Butter flakes on top form and close the foil. Cook in the oven at 220 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
