Spinach defrost, chop coarsely and squeeze well.
Peel and dice onions, peel and chop garlic.
Sauté onions and garlic in oil on 3 or automatic heat 12, stirring, for 5 min until translucent.
Add spinach and sauté without lid until no more liquid is released. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the eggs.
Lay out the patties, roll in the sides a tiny bit and press tightly, the narrow ends as well. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the rolled edges thinly with egg and nip all around with kitchen scissors.
Mix the remaining beaten egg with the spinach and spread evenly over the patties. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle evenly over the spinach.
Bake in the oven.
