Instructions:

Peel and core the mango. Cut the flesh into small cubes.

Divide the herrings, remove the backbone and cut into large cubes.

Mix sour cream and mayonnaise with the vinegar, season with salt, pepper and sugar.

Add the mango sauce and the finely chopped chili pepper to the sour cream mixture and mix well. Finally, fold in the mango pieces and the herring pieces.
