Dough: Crumble yeast into a small baking bowl, add two teaspoons of sugar form and stir with three tablespoons of flour and three tablespoons of lukewarm milk until smooth. Let rise briefly. Pour the remaining flour into a large bowl, add the butter flakes and the yeast mixture and mix well. Then add the rest of the milk and knead into a firm dough. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (28 cm ø) and let it rise for 30 minutes with the lid closed. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (top and bottom heat). When the dough has doubled, bake the bread for one hour with top and bottom heat.

Then cool well.

Filling: Mix the meat salad with the chopped cucumber pieces and perhaps season with mayo or possibly yogurt and salt. Mix the yolks of the hard-boiled eggs with mayo (or salad cream or possibly low-fat cream cheese), season with mustard, salt and a few squirts of juice from a lemon.

Then cut the bread lengthwise three times. Lift off the top and set aside, it can be used elsewhere. Spread the first base with butter, put the meat salad on it, put the second base on top, spread it with the egg cream and divide it into 16 pieces.
