Instructions:

Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.

Meanwhile, remove the skin from the garlic cloves and finely puree with the pine nuts and salt until pulpy.

Add basil and puree as well. Add the cheese and the ground pepper. Then gradually add olive oil and mix well.

Mix with the finished pasta and serve garnished with shaved Parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
