For the Snickers cake, first separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
Beat the yolks, powdered sugar and water until thick and creamy. Mix in flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, then carefully fold in the snow.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured springform pan (24 cm). Bake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 30-40 minutes.
Let the cake cool, remove it from the pan and cut it once crosswise.
For the cream, whip the whipped cream until semi-stiff. Add instant gelatine, Nutella and caramel cream and beat until stiff. Cut the Snickers into small pieces and fold in carefully.
Place a spring ring around the cake and spread the cream on the cake base. Place the cake lid on top and refrigerate the cake for at least 3 hours.
For the decoration, whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold in the caramel cream. Cut the Snickers Bites in half, remove the spring ring and place the cream drops on the lid.
Decorate the Snickers cake with Snickers Bites as desired.
