Spinach is not everyone’s cup of tea? With this recipe it is:

Whisk in salt, pepper and ground cloves.

Remove the skin from the salmon, free it from the fish oil and place it in a hand mixer. Add the whipped cream in a ratio of 1:1 and blend.

Form three dumplings from this mixture and put them into the boiling, seasoned water for about 6 minutes. Cut the peppers in half like a star. Dice the upper half and brown in butter. Clean the spinach and add it. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Grate the cheese and add a handful to the vegetables form.

Brown the lower half of the bell pepper in the same frying pan. Reduce the white wine, add a little wasabi powder (be careful! Very hot) and whipped cream and cook.
