Prepare the yellow peas and make them into puree. Finely grind the garlic, Spanish pepper and salt. Stir through the pea puree together with the cumin. Heat the oil and fry everything together for a few min. Stir well.
Form balls from the roti dough. Make a deep depression in the center of the ball and put a little bit of the pea mixture into the depression. Carefully press dough over it repeatedly until it is a ball. Then flatten the ball and very carefully roll it out. Brush with oil and bake for a few min in a very hot frying pan. Turn over several times.
