For the rhubarb cake, cream the powdered sugar, yolks, vanilla, stir in melted butter, flour, baking powder and milk. Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet.

Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar and fold in the chopped rhubarb. Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
