To make the raspberry jam, combine the raspberries and preserving sugar in a saucepan. Mix well and bring everything to a boil over high heat while stirring.

Boil for at least 5 minutes until bubbling. Stir in the limoncello. Quickly fill into sterile 200 ml jars, seal well and turn upside down briefly.
