Preheat oven to 180°C.For the pork tenderloin with vegetables in foil, wash and brush carrots and potatoes, do not peel. Slice lengthwise into fine strips with a peeler. Slice zucchini lengthwise into fine strips, also using a peeler. Cut bell bell pepper into fine strips.Cut pork lung roast into six medallions, salt and pepper.Place two large pieces of aluminum foil. Spread the vegetables and pork medallions on them, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley and drizzle each with 1 tsp olive oil.Close the aluminum foil into tight packets, cook in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.The pork fillets either without foil on the plates or put the whole packets on the plates and open them only at the table.
