For the pear plum jam, remove the seeds from the plums and cut them into small pieces.
Peel and core the pears and cut them into small pieces as well. Place fruit in a pot, add a little water and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Puree finely with a hand blender.
Mix AgarAgar with cold water and let it swell, after 2 minutes mix it into the hot fruit puree and let it simmer again for about 3-5 minutes while stirring constantly.
Finally, pour the pear-plum jam into clean jars and seal them tightly. Then turn the jars upside down and let cool.
