For the pasta casserole, cook the pasta until al dente and put about half in a baking dish. Cut the chicken breast into strips about 5 cm thick, salt, pepper and fry in a pan with a little oil.

Put about half of the fried chicken on top of the pasta, then pour some carbonara sauce over it. Follow with another layer of chicken, then a layer of toasted ham, another layer of pasta, then top with the tender mixture.

Pour the rest of the carbonara sauce over it, then spread some more cheese on top and put it in the oven at 175 degrees top/bottom heat for about 35 minutes.
