Pasta and Meat Casserole

For the pasta-meat casserole, boil the pasta briefly in salted water, drain and finish cooking in boiling milk. Season with sugar and salt.

Fry minced meat with onions in oil, season with salt and white pepper .

Mix the beaten egg with the spaghetti and season to taste.

Place in a gratin dish, cover with butter flakes and bake the pasta-meat casserole in the oven at 200 °C for about an hour.
