A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Peel and dice the shallots. 2.

Sauté both in hot butter for about 5 minutes. Season with thyme, salt and pepper. Fold in the breadcrumbs and the chopped parsley.

Cut baguette in half lengthwise and spread with mushroom mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in the broiler for about 4 min.
