A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Mix butter with sugar, add eggs gradually. Fold in vanilla sugar, lemon zest and juice of one lemon.
Mix millet flakes with salt, grated almond kernels, flour and baking powder and fold in one tablespoon at a time.
Place small heaps of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with almond slivers and place the tray in the preheated oven on the middle shelf.
Heat: 175 degrees
about 15 min.
