For the marinated carrots, wash, clean, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook until al dente.

Peel the garlic cloves, chop finely and mix with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.

Marinate the carrots with it and leave to infuse for at least 24 hours.
