Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and season with salt, pepper and a little paprika powder.
Peel the mango and the onions, wash the apricots and cut everything into cubes. Put some oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips with half of the onion pieces in it for about 3 minutes. Then put them into a gratin dish.
Sauté the other half of the onion pieces until translucent, add the canned tomatoes and mix in the mango and apricot pieces. Season with a little salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, cinnamon powder and cardamom.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken fillets. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 200°C degrees until the exotic au gratin chicken can be served.
