Try this delicious cake recipe:
– well chilled – fresh h grated
Knead the fat in flakes, flour, 1/4 of the eggs, salt at the beginning with the dough hook of the mixer, following with your hands to a smooth shortcrust pastry. Cover and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
Clean the leeks, cut them into pieces about 1 cm thick, boil them once in hot salted water, put them in a sieve and rinse them after they have cooled down. Dice ham, stir whipped cream, remaining eggs and cheese, season with salt and nutmeg. Grease a pie or tart springform pan. Knead dough repeatedly and roll out on a little flour, press into the mold. Prick the dough base a few times with a fork. Bake in heated oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes. Take out and cover with leek and ham. Pour the egg yolk on top and bake for another 40-50 minutes at the same temperature until the egg yolk is firm and lightly browned.
Let the leek tart rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
