Bring 2 tablespoons of milk with sugar and butter to a boil, whisk 3 tablespoons of milk with yolks, vanilla sugar and pudding powder, add to boiling milk with whisk until it becomes viscous. Then let it cool down a bit. Mix the cream with whipped cream (leave some for garnishing). Pour the cream into dessert bowls, cover with hot raspberries and garnish with the remaining whipped cream.
