An asparagus recipe for gourmets:

Peel the bottom end of the asparagus, cut the spears into 7 cm long pieces and roast them in nut oil with salt, pepper, a tiny bit of 5-spice powder for 2-3 min. and then season with a few drops of sesame oil. At the same time, season the rabbit fillets with salt and pepper and roast them in nut oil as well.

For the Asian mayo, stir chili sauce, 1 pinch of 5-spice powder, 1 drizzle of sesame oil and the coconut paste with the mayo. Serving: On a plate, form a mirror of Asian mayo, spread the asparagus spears evenly on top and place the rabbit fillet cut in half diagonally.
