For the Greek spinach strudel, roll out the strudel dough on a baking sheet. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and add the chopped onion and garlic.
Then add the spinach and thaw over medium heat. Meanwhile, cut feta cheese into pieces and season with oregano. Squeeze spinach mixture in a sieve.
Then season spinach sufficiently with nutmeg, pepper and salt and let cool a little. Preheat the oven. Fill the spinach mixture on the strudel dough and spread the feta cheese on top.
Close the strudel and put it into the oven. Bake at 180° on the middle shelf for about 20-25 minutes. While the strudel is in the oven, prepare the tzatziki.
For this, squeeze garlic to the yogurt, add dill, pepper and salt and let it steep. Remove the seeds from the cucumber and shred it. Add to the yogurt. Add a dash of olive oil and mix.
Serve the Greek spinach strudel with the tzatziki.
