Instructions:

Finely chop onions and roast in lard until golden. Stir in paprika powder and add marjoram, cumin, bay leaf, hot peppers, garlic and salt to the onions. Add beef broth and red wine and let simmer for about 40 minutes. Now chop red and green peppers, stir in tomato paste and rice and cook everything until done. The finished goulash soup is served in plates with 1 tablespoon of sour cream each.
